Plush Vegas was constructed in 1988 at the beginning of the Las Vegas Boom which saw the city’s population double between 1985 and 1995. At the same time the Mirage Hotel and Casino, which was the first Las Vegas Mega Resort, was being constructed. This period of unprecedented growth would forever change the trajectory of development in Las Vegas.

The neighborhood surrounding Plush Vegas during that era was the most desirable zip code in Las Vegas. This upscale community was home to headline entertainers, mobster bosses, renown doctors and elite attorneys. Over the years Vegas has grown and spread deeper across the valley, but this area remains a historic gem that is the closest you can get to all of the action, while still offering a peaceful retreat to escape the real world.
