Wednesday is normal maintenance day at the property. Landscaper Service and Pool Service will be done every week on Wednesday after 7AM. They are typically in and out very quickly and only need access to the yard. If there are times that are not convenient, then please let us know .
Guests do not have to take the Trash Bins to the street. A trash bin courier will take the trash cans out and bring them back in on Trash Service Days. You are welcome to return the bins to the side of the house after the bins have been emptied but it not necessary as we have a service that will return them later in the day.
